Job description

About the role

This is a full-time Admin Officer role at Luke Alexander USA Sdn Bhd. based in Kapar, Selangor. As the Admin Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office and support the wider team.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage and maintain the office environment, ensuring it is well-organised and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
  2. Greet and welcome visitors, and direct them to the meeting rooms and inform colleagues on the arrival of their visitors.
  3. Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  4. Assist with the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  5. Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  6. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues.
  7. Support the implementation of office policies and procedures.
  8. Assist in arranging travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for employees and visitors.
  9. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.
  10. Perform other general administrative duties as required.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm) and every Saturday (9am – 1pm).

What we're looking for

  1. At least 5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office equipment.
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  6. Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
