Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the managing director.
  2. Application and renewal of all kinds of local authority & government licenses/permits.
  3. Manage procurement tasks related to office supplies and equipment.
  4. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, coordinating repairs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable work environment.
  5. Responsible for managing HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and submission of HRDF claims.
  6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and provide administrative support to various departments, including HR, finance, and operations.
  7. Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents, ensuring they are accessible and up to date.
  8. Serve as the main point of contact for visitors, vendors, and external partners, facilitating smooth communication and providing a professional office atmosphere.
  9. Provide travel, accommodation, and food arrangement support for staff.
  10. Responsible for insurance policy renewal and claims.
  11. Any other job responsibilities as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  1. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  3. Ability to work independently and as a team player.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
  5. Fluency in Malay and English, both verbal and written.
  6. Ability to work effectively and prioritize tasks.
