Conduct training to employees including company’s core values, vision and mission.
Create engaging training materials and conduct interactive sessions to ensure effective learning and understanding.
Support employees’ well-being, particularly during unfortunate events (e.g., natural disasters or mental health challenges), by providing counselling and assistance.
Address misunderstandings or conflicts among employees by mediating and fostering harmony within teams.
Assist leaders and managers in reinforcing company values through coaching and feedback.
Collect feedback from employees to evaluate the effectiveness of cultural integration programs and suggest improvements where necessary.
Job Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin speaker is preferable).
Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
Minimum Bachelor degree graduate.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in PowerPoint.
Ability to facilitate workshops and conduct group discussions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
The candidate must demonstrate a strong understanding of the company’s core values, vision, and mission.
Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
Proven ability to influence and drive cultural change.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with employees at all levels.
