Provides support for Business Development activities such as proofing, editing, composing, and compiling materials and information for Vice President from various sources & departments, preparing spreadsheets & reports for critical decision making.

Job Descriptions:

  • Liaising with specialists, consultants and suppliers – obtaining new vendors, company info & business proposals.
  • Communicating with conservation organizations, governmental & non-governmental organizations – obtaining required documentation and information.
  • Liaising with various departments – obtaining clarifications and further information concerning projects and maintenance and activities.
  • Providing strong communication and information to key people from various departments.
  • Formatting final documents and ensuring they are bound and presented in accordance with Vice President requirements.
  • Working with the team to ensure information relevant to the business development process is available and shared efficiently & effectively within the company.
  • Creating and fostering relationships with clients, partners and associates.
  • To liaise with finance department to monitor each cost center.
  • To gather financial reports from key departments.
  • Developing the department's KPIs and review with Vice President.
  • To meet and understand wildlife requirements and provide support to the department (FRIM, PERHILITAN).
  • Arrange meetings and site visits for Vice President.
  • Developing & enhancing internal systems for communication.
  • Providing support on SAP, Ariba, ESAR & Group related items.
  • Providing general administrative support when required.
  • Requires attendance at meetings on weekends when required.
  • To travel outstation when necessary.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years and above of working experience in the related field (Business Development background preferably).
  • Able to work effectively both independently, multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work, and in a team-based environment.
  • Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project).
  • Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin.
