Job description
  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and company calendars.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including client information and project details.
  • Coordinate office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Oversee inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services and products.
  • Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries from potential clients.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.
  • Achieve call targets and maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes.
  • Provide feedback on telemarketing campaigns to improve strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in administration and/or telemarketing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM software is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated.
  • Detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills.
