Position : Admin cum Service Advisor
Status : Contract 12 months under PERSOLKELLY (Renewable or Conversion contract depends on client only).
Location : Jalan Anggur, Shah Alam

Working Days : Monday - Friday
Working Hours : 8.30am - 6pm (1 hour lunch break)
Salary : Up to RM3000 (Negotiable based on experience)
Entitlement : AL (12 days), Hospitalization (60 days), MC (14 days), PH as per client’s calendar and medical insurance.
Responsibilities
- Filing to be in place to store accordingly for future reference, Documents / running number file and location to be updated.
- Technicians license / uniform order /distribute and record the movement.
- Manage E-Swis system (Jabatan Alam sekitar).
- Licensing/ DOE/ Cert of equipment location and detail Shah Alam workshop equipment/agreement detail.
- PPE items that hand over to branch or technicians documents acknowledged copy and details.
- Overtime calculation / breakdown claims.
- Vendor/supplier documentation / sign/ process for payment /tracking and inform vendor on payment status if (Shah Alam branch).
- Prepare purchase request form (PRF) tracking and detail and update the detail after purchase.
- Petty cash to tally (managing petty cash). Record of the transaction cash will be hold by client's pic.
- Broadband and other telco items list and record of movement.
- Company vehicle list/puspakom renewal of road tax to coordinate.
- Technicians travelling/travel warrant /coordinate with procurement team /flight arrangement coordinate with vendor.
- Shermin/ debt collectors’ email/task to forward to the branch pending details to follow up.
- Drinking water / driver room pantry item ordering breakdown sheet to invoice (knowledge of sap system) and technical will be an advantage.
- Internal work order pending in receiving and job completion monitoring (knowledge of sap system).
- Ad hoc assignment as per superior at time to time.
- Audit file to update and compile every end of the month.
- Copy of invoices (full set) to customer.
- Prepare invoice for our client on every 25th of the month, compilation from JB, PK and Prai Branch.
- Outstanding payment collections, until all collection successful.
- Able to commit to ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications
- Possesses diploma/Degree in administration/business management or in any related field.
- Possesses working experience as an admin preferably in logistics industry.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to start immediately.
