Job description

Admin cum Parts Assistant (Automotive Spare Parts)

Assist in day-to-day general administration and clerical works, such as responding to email and phone calls.

Prepare invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, branch-delivery orders, and other related documentation.

Perform and handle receiving and shipment related tasks.

Handle daily bank in and cash collection related tasks.

Assist to monitor employees' attendance.

Prepare car spare parts for shipment or delivery.

Load and unload car spare parts.

Perform parts inventory management (such as ensuring parts are arranged neatly, performing daily stock count and other related tasks).

Perform proper filing to track items efficiently.

Any ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM or SKM Level 1/2/3, Diploma in Administrative/Automotive or related field.

Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Language skills: English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an advantage).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

High degree of attention to detail.

Good attitude and willingness to learn.

Be physically fit to perform the job (for example: Able to carry car spare parts).

Has interest in cars.

Additional info:

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6pm & Saturday 9:30am to 5pm.
