Admin cum Operation Executive

As an Admin cum Operation Executive, you will be the key person in developing and carrying out an efficient documentation and filing system.

You will play an important role in:

• Attending to customers' requests and inquiries.
• Assisting in ad-hoc issues/duties that are assigned from time to time.
• Ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environment policies.
• Handling orders by the system, email, sales/marketing team, etc.
• Coordinating with warehouse and logistics department to ensure good delivery to customers promptly and effectively.
• Inventory monitoring experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• At least a Diploma or Degree in any field.
• 2 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, planner, logistics arrangement.
• Experience in ISO 9001 will be advantageous.
