Admin cum HR Executive

Administrative Duties:

  1. Manage office supplies, order, and inventory.
  2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  3. Manage orders with suppliers and respond to messages.
  4. Arrange shipment orders and resolve any issues that arise.
  5. Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Human Resources Duties:

  1. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  2. Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and specifications.
  3. Create and post job advertisements on various platforms such as job boards, social media, and the company website.
  4. Screen and shortlist candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and assessing their qualifications.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the hiring manager.
  6. Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment drives when necessary.
  7. Stay updated on current hiring trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
  8. Review and enhance HR rules.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in an administrative or HR role (1-3 years preferred).
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SQL systems.
  6. Familiarity with HR recruiting candidates is a plus.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  8. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  9. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
