Job description
Position Summary

As a Procurement and Inventory Admin Assistant, you will support in purchase orders management, import shipment preparation, tracking and documentation, and document the required records within the function.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement Support
  1. Assist in the stock procurement and replenishment orders to stores
  2. Coordinate and follow up with forwarders and clearance agents to provide tracking and ensure timely delivery of goods
  3. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation
Documentation
  1. Maintain accurate and complete records and documents within the function
  2. Assist in reports and documentations
Other Support
  1. Support in master data housekeeping and troubleshoot
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)
Direct Influence
To be determined by the position’s reporting manager with the following factors also be taken into consideration as part of the role’s KPI:
  1. Proper records management
  2. Procurement progress and completion

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
  1. A diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or in related field is preferable
  2. With experience on import processes, order processing or similar roles
  3. Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling data entry and record keeping
  4. Good organizational and time management skills
  5. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
  6. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
