We are looking for a dedicated Admin Assistant, Housekeeping to support our Housekeeping & Linen Department and ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle administrative tasks, including record-keeping, documentation, and reports.
  2. Assist in managing housekeeping and linen inventory.
  3. Coordinate with suppliers for linen supply and housekeeping materials.
  4. Maintain staff schedules and support department operations.
  5. Process invoices, purchase orders, and other relevant paperwork.
  6. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  7. Assist Manager on daily operation administration, as and when needed.
  8. Support internal and external audits as required.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and in a team.
