Job description
Responsibilities
- Prepare Quotations and follow up with customers
- Co-ordinate the sales documentations with Sales & Marketing department
- Maintain an accurate information database of customers
- Provide sales support to sales team
- Perform any ad-hoc jobs assigned by immediate superior
- Liase with Billing dept for all service job report
- Ensure proper document filing and recording
- Liaise with service and purchasing department for the smooth operation
- Attending phone calls and follow up with customer
