Job description

Responsibilities

  1. Prepare Quotations and follow up with customers
  2. Co-ordinate the sales documentations with Sales & Marketing department
  3. Maintain an accurate information database of customers
  4. Provide sales support to sales team
  5. Perform any ad-hoc jobs assigned by immediate superior
  6. Liase with Billing dept for all service job report
  7. Ensure proper document filing and recording
  8. Liaise with service and purchasing department for the smooth operation
  9. Attending phone calls and follow up with customer
