Admin Assistant (Automotive Spare Parts)

• Prepare invoices, credit notes, purchase orders, branch-delivery orders, and other related documentations
• Perform and handle receiving and shipment related tasks
• Handle daily bank in and cash collection related tasks
• Assist to monitor employees' attendance
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Administrative or related field
• Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
• Language skills: English, Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an advantage)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of attention to detail
• Good attitude and willingness to learn

Additional info:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6pm & Saturday 9:30am to 5pm
