Job Description
* To handle administration functions or secretarial duties in support of the department manager and/or professional staff in related matters.
* Composes departmental correspondence and documents. Coordinates and completes administrative projects which may be of a confidential nature.
* Transcribes or edits complex reports. Receives, reviews, and distributes plans or requests for variance to the appropriate staff.
* Prepares student class schedules.
* Collects and provides support materials, coordinates staff reports, and prepares consolidation of reports for use by appropriate staff.
* Greets and assists walk-in/call-in clients and visitors.
* Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to: filing, faxing, photocopying, and dispatching.
* Typing duties include routine correspondence and memoranda.
* Coordinates and maintains records for manager, staff, and students.
* Sets up and coordinates meetings and conferences.
* Supports staff in assigned project-based work.
* Registers new intake students.
* Follows up with students’ certificates.
* Performs data entry into the system.
* Issues receipts.
* Manages online registration on the JPK website and submits related documents to the JPK department.
* Monitors students’ progress.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
