Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Able to perform daily operational work in hub according to strict J&T SOP's set consistently with great attention to detail
  • Ensure dispatchers are following the required SOP in their daily operations and correct them at all times
  • Able to present data summary effectively using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Organizes workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary / Secondary School / SPM / 'O' level, Higher Secondary/ STPM / 'A Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field
  • 1 year experience in the logistics industry is a bonus. Those without any experience can be considered depending on their previous employment credentials
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing English as well as Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis
  • Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
  • Able to multitask and handle pressure well
