Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is responsible for handling administrative tasks, processing online orders from platforms such as Shopee and Lazada, and assisting with stock documentation, inventory coordination, and stock verification during loading.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle daily administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
  2. Process and fulfill online orders from Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms.
  3. Coordinate order packing, shipping, and tracking with relevant teams.
  4. Maintain and update stock records, invoices, and related paperwork.
  5. Assist in inventory control and stock level monitoring.
  6. Perform stock checking after goods are loaded into the lorry to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  7. Prepare basic reports on order trends and stock movement when needed.
  8. Liaise with internal departments and external parties (e.g., couriers, suppliers) when necessary.
  9. Perform other administrative support tasks as assigned by the management.
