Job description
Company Background:
We are representing a welding company and as they expand, they are looking for an Admin Assistant to join the team.
Job Scope:
- Answering phones and directing calls.
- Greeting visitors.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Responding to emails and other inquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Processing invoices.
- Recording expenses.
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping.
Job Requirements:
- At least a diploma in any field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as general admin.
- Detail-oriented.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
