Company Background:

We are representing a welding company and as they expand, they are looking for an Admin Assistant to join the team.

Job Scope:

  • Answering phones and directing calls.
  • Greeting visitors.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Responding to emails and other inquiries.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Processing invoices.
  • Recording expenses.
  • Assisting with basic bookkeeping.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience as general admin.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
