Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Sales team with quotations and tender preparation.
  • Assisting the Sales team with flight and accommodation arrangements.
  • Provides administrative support, including preparing materials for external events and coordinating with event organizers.
  • Greeting office visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties.
  • Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, data entry and attend to courier service personnel.
  • Providing general clerical support e.g. photocopying, scanning and document binding.
  • Updating company records.
  • Responsible for ordering, managing inventory, and distributing office supplies.
  • Managing office equipment and ensuring proper functionality.
  • Keeping the office space tidy and organized.
  • Assisting with arranging office events, meetings, or team-building activities.
  • Perform all other duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must hold at least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • A team player, takes initiative, follows up effectively and stays well-organized.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Fully vaccinated for covid-19.
