About the role

Signtake Business Consulting Plt is seeking a full-time Admin and Account Assistant to join our team in Seberang Jaya, Penang. In this key administrative and financial support role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive office management and accounting assistance to ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing a variety of administrative duties including file management, data entry, correspondence, and meeting coordination
  • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling accounts
  • Maintaining inventory and office supply levels
  • Providing customer service support to clients and stakeholders
  • Undertaking other ad-hoc administrative and financial duties as required

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or account assistant role, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as well
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with accounting software especially UBS accounting system
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to providing high-quality work
