Admin & Accounting Assistant to Regional Investment & Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Basic Equities Trading / Investment Management support
  2. Basic accounting tasks – including Book Keeping, Gen Ledger, and other accounting jobs
  3. General day-to-day office administration, planning schedules, fixing appointments, etc.
  4. Organize and schedule company meetings, online and face-to-face
  5. Travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, visa applications, etc. for management and staff
  6. Assist and organize company activities and events
  7. Regional travel for work

Requirements:

  1. Must be fluent in written and spoken English
  2. Diploma in Accounting or similar qualification
  3. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Admin & Accounting
  4. Good computer skills – must have accounting software experience
  5. Experience with Equities Trading Companies will be a definite plus
  6. Must be willing to learn and acquire new skills and knowledge
  7. University degree not essential – attitude and ability are far more important
  8. Pro-active, organized, resourceful, and able to work independently

This is a full-time job, open only to Malaysian citizens.
