ADMIN ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Admin Account Executive to join our dynamic team at MCC20 DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION (M) SDN BHD in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounting and administrative functions.

What you'll be doing

• Processing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Providing administrative support, such as claims, handling correspondence, data entry, and filing
• Purchasing office supplies, hostel supplies, and miscellaneous items
• In charge of expatriates' accommodation and transport arrangements
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Undertaking any other duties as required to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
