Job description

Job Responsibility

Accounting

  • Manage invoices, payments, and financial records.
  • Prepare monthly reports and statements.
  • Handle petty cash and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies.

Administration

  • Manage office documents and supplies.
  • Assist in HR tasks like payroll and attendance tracking.
  • Communicate with suppliers, clients, and government agencies.
  • Support management with ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting/admin roles.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, Xero) and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
