Update the master file with daily cash inflows/outflows, process refunds, and manage client deposit payments.
Inform relevant departments of daily collections, cross-check details for accuracy, and resolve any discrepancies quickly.
Record and report unsuccessful transactions, process payment requests, and maintain accurate records in our internal systems.
Verify and update records for agent-related fees, ensuring clear documentation and accuracy.
Ensure all financial documents (payment slips, transaction slips, etc.) are organized and readily available for audits.
Assist the department with financial or administrative activities as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Diploma or higher in Business Administration or Finance.
Experience: 1-2 years in accounting or administrative roles is preferred, although fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
Personal Attributes: Good communication skills, flexible and collaborative team player.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.
