YOUR NEW COMPANY

This prestigious insurance company based in Malaysia is famous for its aspirational and exceptional life insurance coverage. Due to market growth, the company requires a Senior Manager, Agency Strategy Planning, to join its global dynamic business.

YOUR NEW ROLE

You will be counted on to support the Head of Agency Strategy Planning for overall Agency Sales Planning, Performance Management and Transformation Projects.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

More than 10 years of relevant working experience under Agency function within Insurance
Familiar with Agency Business Cycle is a must
Experience in Budget Planning and Project Management will be an added advantage.
Strong Data Analysis together with using Data Analytics Tools
Good communication and presentation skills
