Activation & Operation Supervisor (Event Management - FMCG)

Responsibilities:

1. Event execution, recruitment, training and deployment
2. Provide support to client-based activities
3. Handle day to day operation duties in accordance to SOP
4. Manage logistics services
5. Collaborate with marketing team to ensure smooth execution of the projects
6. Event and promotional props setup and execution and breakdown
7. Report and Tracking

Working Schedule:
Time: 10am-6pm

Candidate Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least higher secondary/ STPM/ ‘A’ Level/ Pre-U in any field.
2. Preferably with FMCG background and skill in promoters’ recruitment and supervision.
3. Must be computer literate at least in MS Office Applications especially Microsoft Excel & Word.
4. Must possess own transportation and is willing to travel.
5. Innovative and outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong in managing and coordination of multi-team tasks.
7. Responsible, diligent, and strong willingness to learn and improve with a positive attitude.
8. Have good motivation and a strong interest in the events industry.
