Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategies for the channels assigned to ensure market share growth.
2. Create exciting programs to strengthen Samsung’s Leadership position in the trade.
3. Work closely with marketing and operation team to ensure execution excellence of all marketing and sales promotion activities.
4. Translate brand and trade strategy into detailed channel plans including trade segmentation, category management, and distribution in line with KPIs. Develop appropriate programs that best deliver on the sales target assigned.
5. Define spending allocations across channels to meet brand objectives, sales performance, and budgets against agreed strategies and recommend corrective action when necessary.
6. Responsible for category management planning covering aspects such as shelf space planning, merchandising, inventory management, margin analysis to aid Samsung in its trade relationships and build brand equity and profitability in selected retail outlets. Use various analytical tools in developing category strategies and programs.
7. Liaise closely with marketing and operation team to ensure the most appropriate consumer communication plans and the most effective shelf space visibility at the POP.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
2. At least 2 to 13 years of Air Conditioning sales experience.
3. Must be computer literate; Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
4. Good command of spoken and written English. Ability to speak major Chinese dialects will be an added advantage.
