Accounts Receivable Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable processes and collections in the function. He/ She supervises a team of Accounts Receivable and Collection professionals, implement credit policies, and work closely with sales and customer service teams to address payment issues and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders. This role also involves in audit support, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and implementing strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are crucial for success in this role.
