Company Overview

This is a great opportunity to join a leading global information services Group in their Finance team. As the firm is currently going through an expansion phase, they are looking to bring on board an AP Executive to be based in Shah Alam.

The New Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, your role is to lead all finance processes, internal controls and act as the system owner for all AP accounting systems. You will be in charge of coordinating business units to ensure all timely daily transactions are carried out and maintain strong compliance with applicable accounting standards. Liaise with all approved payables to maintain good relationships and ensure all invoices are paid within credit terms. You will also participate in the development of process improvement as well as uphold modernization of finance skillsets.

Requirements to Succeed

You are a Finance and Accounting graduate with 2-3 years of experience in relevant fields. Digital transformation experience in a fast-growing industry will be an added advantage. Ideally, you should be proactive, reliable with a strong work ethic, dynamic, adaptable, motivated, and able to multitask with strong organizational skills.
