Accounts Payable Executive

• Verify the correctness and completeness of payment documents and tax-related documents including but not limited to supplier invoices.
• Ensure payments are executed in a timely manner and accurately as well as in compliance with company policies & procedures and controls.
• Ensure accurate posting of payable transactions to the accounting system.
• Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliation, investigate, and follow up to reduce discrepancies.
• Perform reconciliation on balance sheet AP related accounts.
• Perform monthly and yearly closing activities.
• Support the year-end audit process.
• Generate monthly expenses report and perform analysis for cost control purposes.
• Support other ad hoc assignments as required.
• Responsible for Account Payable journal booking, invoice processing, T&E processing, Account Payable closing, and performing other Account Payable activities.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, LCCI or equivalent.
• Good command in English and Mandarin.
• Candidate must possess at least 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Proactive and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and willing to take on challenges.
• Dedicated, with a very positive work attitude and able to work independently.
• Handle full set of Account Payable.
• Inventory costing.
• Work at Purchasing Department.
• 5 days working.
