We are looking for an Account/HR to join our team. The company was established to penetrate the Building Construction market and Civil & Mechanical Engineering industries.
Job Description:
Responsible for preparation of full set of accounts and ensure that all transactions are up-to-date.
Prepare payment vouchers and check timely payments.
Liaise with third parties such as Auditors, Company secretaries, Bank, LHDN or any relevant parties.
Administer monthly payroll including overtime, allowances, claims, EPF and SOCSO.
Preparing EA forms and submitting E-Forms to LHDN and maintain all personnel information.
Handle site staff Petty Cash fund and maintain accurate records.
Perform matching on Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO), E-Invoice and Statement of Account (SOA).
Perform bank reconciliation, account payables and receivables.
Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and goods filing system to support all accounting records.
To perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required by the management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage.
Good literacy in using Microsoft Word and Excel applications.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to meet deadlines, multi-task with minimum supervision, and work independently.
