Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Preferable with 1 year of relevant working experience.
Fresh graduates without working experience are encouraged to apply.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Responsibilities
Bank in daily collection received from customers.
Download bank statement to check payment received from customers to ensure all the receipts are issued accordingly.
Update daily payments & receipts in Cash Book System.
Perform daily filing & ensure documents are properly filed.
Journal entries.
Verify & process monthly petty cash & staff claims.
Assist month end A/C closing activities.
Credit Control.
