• Prefers applicants who have min. 5 years of Accounting hands on working experience in Property Developer.
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• Knowledge in MHW system will be an added advantage.
• Meticulous and ability to perform job with accuracy.
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal & communication skill
• Applicant must be able to work at Johor Bahru (Town area).

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure payment verification is conducted in compliance with company policy and approved prior to payment.
• Review monthly bank reconciliation for all accounts, verify accuracy of bank statements and maintain integrity of cash balances and cash flow systems.
• Monitor effective financial and internal control policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Involve in cash flow planning and banking facilities utilization and application.
• Must be able to manage full set accounts.
• Providing coaching and mentoring for subordinates.
• Perform any other duties and assignment that may be assigned from time to time.
