Position Summary:
The Accounts Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing financial accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires managing budgets, financial planning, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making. The Accounts Manager will work closely with the Managing Director and finance team to ensure the financial health of the company while meeting compliance and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or account management.
Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and auditing.
Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Skills & Abilities:
Strong understanding of financial principles, reporting, and regulations.
Proficiency in Mandarin will be added advantage due to frequent communication with China-based suppliers and clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple financial projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Proactive and self-driven with a focus on financial accuracy and efficiency.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel as needed for business or financial meetings.
Knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations.
