Accounts Lead - RTR

Job Description:

• Lead and coach a team to achieve operational excellence and foster individual growth.
• Be the team's Subject Matter Expert (SME) in accounting.
• Oversee month end closing tasks, cash flow, reconciliation, fixed asset management, financial analysis and reporting.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for month-end and year-end issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Actuarial, professional certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in RTR function with 3 - 4 years in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership, time management and communication skills.
• Prior experience in using SAP accounting system is required.
