Our mission is to help our customers achieve their dream properties. We are looking for an Accounts Executive/Senior Accounts Executive to join our team and support this vision. In this role, you will manage daily accounting tasks and ensure adherence to our processes and procedures.

• Monitor financial reports and cash flow on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Prepare cash-flow forecasts for new and ongoing projects.
• Conduct monthly profit and loss analyses and variance reports.
• Handle ad hoc tasks or portfolio restructuring as directed by management.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial closing, and prepare and review management reports and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lead the team in managing accounts payable and receivable, perform monthly reconciliations, and monitor general ledger transactions.

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or a related field; ACCA qualification is a plus.
• At least 3 years of tax and accounting experience in a leadership role.
• Must have a background in construction or property development.
• Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, financial reporting standards, and financial practices.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, good with numbers, and comfortable handling large data sets.
• Strong team player with good team spirit.
