Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor degree/professional qualification preferably relevant to finance/accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year working experience, preferably in Accounts Payable.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Attention to detail and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Team player and customer-oriented.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling daily accounts payable and reconciliation matters.
• Support the finance team on daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and external auditing processes.
• Liaise with trade vendors on matters relating to accounts reconciliation and processing of payments.
• Coordinate with other departments and centre operations on matters about payment, petty cash reimbursement, office rent, and creditors.
• Assist in the timely processing of payment transactions.
• Monitor the vendor termination process and the progress of outstanding issues.
• Handling and verifying daily claims from staff.
• Accounting entries into the system.
