Accounts Executive

Responsibilities

1. Able to handle a full set of accounts.
2. Prepare monthly financial statements, which include balance sheet schedules, verification of general ledgers, bank reconciliation, debtor and creditor reconciliation.
3. Prepare month-end financial reports and analysis in an accurate and timely manner.
4. Assist in budgeting and forecasting preparation.
5. Liaise with company stakeholders, tax agents, auditors, company secretary, bankers, and relevant authorities.
6. Assist in management of cash flow and banking facilities.
7. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
