ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

• Assist Accounts Executive in daily accounting duties including maintaining accounts posting, account receivable & account payable, monthly operation cash flow, month-end inventory report, fixed assets register, issuing non-stock invoices, issuing debit/credit notes, staff claims, and generating accounting reports for both Holding and subsidiary companies.
• Prepare Kastam Sales Tax summary and reports.
• Involve in yearly Fixed Assets stock count.
• Assist in yearly accounting audit.
• Assist Account Executive in any accounting-related duties and tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting with a minimum of 2 years similar working experience in Manufacturing Accounts.
• Preferably experience in ERP and Autocount or similar software.
• Required languages: English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Independent, responsible & reliable, good personality & possess initiative.
• Able to start work immediately would be an added advantage.
