Accounts Executive

Job Responsibility

1. To prepare and maintain full sets of monthly management accounts including all the necessary supporting schedules.
2. To coordinate day-to-day financial activities and ensure compliance of finance related SOPs.
3. To prepare and ensure completeness of the recording of all accounting entries – AR, AP, GL & Cash Management etc.
4. To check bank reconciliations and ensure all reconciliations are prepared on a timely basis and to report on any discrepancies.
5. To perform treasury function, cash flow management including preparation of monthly cash flow forecast and monitoring daily bank balances & funds.
6. To assist in preparing forecast Sales reports and to monitor monthly Sales targets.
7. To assist in budgeting and budgetary control process for the related projects.
8. To perform special/ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job Requirements

1. Language(s) Required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
2. Possess Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting.
3. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
4. At least 2 years of working experience; candidates in the related field will be at an advantage.
5. Candidate familiar with AutoCount Accounting software will be at an advantage.
6. Possess own transport.
7. Location: Balakong.
