Job description
  • Handling of full set account with consolidate management report.
  • Strong basic of Account Receivable and able to use the Autocount Software.
  • Able to handle multiple company accounts.
  • Liaising with auditor, Tax Agent, Company Secretary, and Banker.
  • Reconciliation of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, intercompany balances, etc.
  • To ensure all data entries on company accounts are up to date.
  • Manage General Ledger (GL), Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR).
  • Perform and monitor daily Cash Flow.
  • Managing and keeping accurate records and receipts.
  • To ensure and practice proper filing of documents are maintained.
  • Issue and process Invoices, Debit Note, Credit Note & Journal Entries.
  • Manage monthly stock check for stock control & ensure physical stock tallies with data system.
