Accounts Executive

Join our team as an Accounts Executive and manage accounting, payroll, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Record transactions & reconcile subsidiary books (AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Inventory).
2. Handle monthly closing, payroll processing, e-invoicing, and compliance.
3. Manage e-invoicing implementation and compliance regularly.
4. Prepare management reports & statutory submissions.
5. Verify invoices & accounting documents.
6. Reconcile records with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
7. Address client accounting & payroll queries.

Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance with 2-3 years’ experience.
2. Strong accounting, payroll & compliance knowledge.
3. Proficiency in Excel, accounting software & ERP systems.

Location: Selangor, Malaysia | Full-time, Permanent
