Job description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Process monthly payroll for clinic and HQ staff.
  • Handle invoicing and follow up on payments from clients and vendors.
  • Assist in creating and monitoring budgets.
  • Support internal and external audit processes.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records for audits and statutory compliance.
  • Keep track of tax deadlines and ensure timely submission.
  • Provide insights for operational cost optimization.
  • Ensure submission of EPF & SOCSO and LHDN related matters in a timely manner.
