We’re Hiring! Join Our Team as an Accounts Executive/Assistant!

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for finance and accounting? We’re looking for talented professionals to join our team as Accounts Executives and Accounts Assistants! If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a strong background in accounting, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates with an accounting background are also welcome to apply!).
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate/Advanced level). Familiarity with AutoCount software is an added advantage.
  • Soft Skills: A team player who is dedicated, able to work independently, and can handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Accounts Executive

  • As an Accounts Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, managing month-end closing processes, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing month-end closing tasks, including reviewing and updating the chart of accounts, verifying transactions, and reconciling accounts.
  • Performing bank reconciliations and ensuring all bank statements are accurate and complete.
  • Handling accounts payable (AP) functions, including processing vendor payments, reconciling AP subledgers, and managing accruals.
  • Ensuring all expenses are properly categorized and recorded in the accounting system.

Accounts Assistant

  • As an Accounts Assistant, you will support the finance team by managing cash, accounts receivable (AR), and ensuring accurate revenue and expense recording. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting cash management tasks, such as reconciling physical cash counts with system records.
  • Managing accounts receivable (AR), including issuing customer invoices, processing payments, and generating aging reports.
  • Assisting with month-end closing activities and ensuring all sales are recorded accurately.
