Accounts Executive

• Handling full set of accounts (Account Payable, Account Receivable, General Ledger and Inventory) on day-to-day functions
• Verify invoices and other accounting documents
• To monitor expenses and expense forecasting
• Assist in general accounting activities (month-end closing and reporting)
• Deal with the bank and liaise with other departments/vendors.
• Monitor cash flow in the company.
• Assist in financial statements, tax returns and other complying with governmental and regulatory authority requirements
• Assist and provide administrative support to the manager
