Job Description
- To perform general administrative and accounting matters.
- To handle full set of accounts and monthly closing of accounts including general account, account receivable, account payable and bank reconciliation.
- Ensure monthly accounts are closed on time and provide monthly management reports.
- Updating double entries in SQL system for Sales Invoice, Purchase Invoice, Debit note, Credit note, Payment Voucher and Journal Voucher.
- Ensure creditors statement been check correctly and been reconcile with AP.
- Familiar with cash flow management and banking operations.
- Liaise with the auditor, banker and secretarial on accounting matters.
