Accounts Executive

We are a fast growing and well diversified group of companies with business interest in Property Investment, Pawn Shops, Restaurant, Recreation & Club Management. We would like to invite young and dynamic individual to fill in the position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the Company’s full set of accounts with minimal supervision.
• Handle day-to-day operational matters of the accounts department, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Provide timely and accurate accounting data entries into the accounting software.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review.
• Monitor and manage bank balances, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Support & monitor budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes.
• Liaise with financial institutions, auditors, tax agent and statutory bodies.
• Responsible in managing, updating, improving and maintaining an accurate and effective filing system.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent), ACCA or other relevant certifications is a plus.
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Autocount) and MS Excel & Word.
• Be responsible & possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, problem-solving skills and committed to meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
