Accounts Executive

Handle of data entry & filling for account receivable.

• Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices if need generate credit notes or debit notes and deliver to respective pic.
• Prepare the invoice & debtor statement of accounts for customers.
• Ensure timely collection by approaching customers on a regular basis.

Handle of data entry & filling for Cafe Sales.

• Record & filling anything related to Cafe Sales.
• Editing all sales transactions if required.
• Liaise and resolve any irregularities or enquiries from Cafe Staff.
• Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable transactions from Cafe Staff.
• Submit sales report daily to landlord.
• Perform LHDN & SST transaction check and submission.
• Monthly stock takes in office for stock under Shining & Proactive.
• Responsible for proper filing of accounting records and documentation.
• Manage the bookkeeping in the account system.
• Monthly reconciliations and tally of accounts.
• Check & approve payment to supplier, LHDN & SST.
• Do full set of accounts.
• Guide & follow up to assist with enquiries in day-to-day finance work.
• Liaise and resolve any enquiries from Cafe staff and area manager.
• Assist in any other related functions and duties assigned by superior.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Liaise and resolve any irregularities or enquiries from external auditors / tax agents / company secretary / bankers / suppliers & customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum degree in Accountancy.
• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience or audit experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills, meticulous and organized.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks on deadlines.
