Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ledgers and prepare financial reports.

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

  • Process payments and invoices.
  • Manage customer billing and follow up on payments.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

Tax & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and general admin tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel.

Payroll & HR Support:

  • Assist with payroll processing and maintain employee records.
  • Handle vendor relationships and office purchases.

Document Management:

  • Organize and maintain company files and records.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • Experience in accounting and administration.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented and can handle both financial and office administration tasks efficiently.
