Job description
  • Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Maintain financial records, data entry, and general ledger reconciliation.
  • Handle office administrative tasks, such as document filing, correspondence, and office supplies management.
  • Support HR-related activities, such as maintaining employee records.
  • Assist in any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in accounting or administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SQL).
  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
