Accounts Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk to join our dynamic team at KUMARI PALANY & CO. (Seremban), located in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Perform general bookkeeping duties such as data entry, reconciliations, and preparing financial statements
2. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
3. Maintain inventory records and assist with stock management
4. Prepare and file necessary tax documents and returns
5. Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
6. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies

What we're looking for

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar Accounts Clerk role, preferably within the Accounting industry
2. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
3. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and accounting best practices
